Hi,
I have 13.3 macbook, and was wondering which 20" 22" monitor I should get. I've heard some laptops might over-heat too much with a 22" external, any truth to that?. Will the quality be comparable to a desktop computer with simliar specs..Thanks guys

I'm debating between the Samsung 206bw or the 226bw..

I have the 206BW and it's great... but the 226bw has the exact same amount of pixels (both have 1680x1050 resolutions) so there's no performance hit if you opt for that one.

The extra 2" inches just make everything look a bit bigger than on the 20".

I have the Samsung 225bw and it is fabulous. Love it in all black. The rumor you heard about overheating your laptop is a crock. Doesn't happen. And when MB goes to sleep, so does the Samsung. Real nice!

Only trouble I've found using a 22" monitor is that it is BRIGHT and hence hard on the eyes. I have mine turned way down.
