ExpressVPN services for the Southern Hemisphere down

Last night ExpressVPN services for Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand went down. I have been in touch via Live Chat and as usual got an almost instant reply. They are aware and working to correct the problem and will email me as soon as the service is restored.

This is most unusual, I've used EVPN for years now with almost never a problem that was not fixed almost instantly, in some cases with their very prompt assistance.

I'd be interested in knowing if this is just an EVPN problem or all VPN's.

So for those of you who use one could you try Australia, NZ or Infonesia and see if the problem is universal or just Express?

I just checked, and was connected in all three locations. I use Mullvad VPN

Okay, thanks. Then it's just Express. I'm a little loath to change, I've had EVPN for 5+ years. They have always been responsive, fast and reliable for live streaming from Australia to Indonesia.
I have tried others but few really focus on the southern hemisphere. Like SurfShark, IPVanish and Nord but even the best of them cant seem to establish a constant connection to ABC iView, SBS, 7+, channels we watch via Android set top box every night for news, sport and regular programs.

I will check Mullvad out though, just nice to know it's a technical problem rather than a "blackout".

Rod, I've followed suit and had no problem connecting with any of those you mentioned. In fact, I was amazed at how very rapidly these countries and cities were connected. Much quicker than to anywhere in the USA.
