Entourage Questions

I have about 100 folders under my main Entourage Inbox. Every time the program goes and tries to find new mail, it syncs all the folders. So it takes a whopping 7 - 8 min.

Is there a setting (I searched and could not find it) that will allow me to set which folders to sync and which ones NOT to sync?
