entourage mail problem

Since switching to Apple Mac from a PC I've had Entourage as my primary mail service. Now I can't access it. I get this message: I/O error at launching. How can I restore Entourage? Thank you.

Not sure I understand? You were using Entourage on your PC and now you're using a Mac and trying to access mail? Which mail ISP are you using?

Do you have Entourage installed on your Mac? Entourage is a separate application that is included with MS Office 2004 and 2008. It was discontinued with Office 2011 and replaced by Outlook version 1.0 for the Mac.

Firstly, do you have a time machine backup of Users > Your username > Documents > Microsoft User Data

If not, make a copy just in case

Launch Entourage and hold down the alt key, you should be prompted to repair Entourage's mail database

I just upgraded to 10.6 Snow Lion. Entourage mail works fine, except the To:, CC:, Subject:, etc. heading fonts at the top is too small. How do I increase the font size and the headings itself? Thank you.
