its got to be fake. I did contact their support recently, but its going to an email account I rarely used and shared with no one. apple should not have this email. it's not the email of my apple ID. has to be fake. sure looks real though. just sharing to see what others think?

has to be fake because they solved my issue and they have not tried calling me. lol.


edit: this may be from them. nevermind delete this if you want admins. makes no sense they would have an email I never use? unless I gave it to them for some reason? I'm getting old cant remember this stuff sometimes. lol. wow. time to put grandpa in a home I guess. LOL

thanks. yes that email is not part of my apple ID. so I am suspicious of this email. pretty sure I have never given apple this email.
