Dont take this the wrong way there jokunke, but what is it you do that MAIL doesnt seem to cut it.
For me i just send and receive mail and even then i think Mac Mail is a bit of a overkill.
There is Entourage but you need to have Mac Office installed.
There will be others chime in but what more do you need. Just a little more info so people can give you some examples of other email apps for you

I've never used microsoft Entourage, but it is contained in Microsoft Office 2008 Mac edition, and maybe some members with insight can shed some light to this thread, meanwhile you can check out Outlook for Mac to Ship With Next Version: Entourage 2008 for Mac, Web Services Edition available today; will ship with new Office 2008 for Mac Business Edition.
