hi, i was wondering can you burn a DVD without a burner. i have a G3 imac and i heard somewhere that you could only you need TOAST to do it. anyone know if you can do it or not?

you can burn vcds and svcds without a dvd burner but you can not burn onto dvd-r's w/o a dvd burner

Just make sure that your iMac can at least burn CDs....I mean if you don't have any kind of burner, then you won't get too far with it....

As long as you have a DVD drive on your Mac, then the OS should already have the Apple DVD player installed on your system.
