Dual G5 graphics card and CRT monitor problem

My G5 is unable to translate the analog CRT monitor signal to digital - hence no screen image on my Viewsonic Pro Series P95f+. I've tried using both ports with the Apple and Dr. Bott adapters. Same poor results.The CRT works on my G3.

What professional CRT monitors will work with my G5?
