Dual Audio Output w/ Airport Express

I need to know how to get iTunes to play audio through both my speakers/audio ouput port, and airport express. Right now I can select either one, both not both.

As far as I know, you can't. I was also hoping you'd be able to stream to several Expresses at once. Perhaps they'll include the ability to do those things in future versions of iTunes...
