Dreamweaver auto updating nav links.

This may be as simple as 1-2-3, but my question is this. Im designing a site in dreamweaver cs3, and i want to know if there's a way to have the navigation links auto update itself, like for instance if i create 20 pages and then find out one or more of the links in the navigation table have typos, i would like to be able to change the link and it automatically update the rest of the links, and also be able to add more navigation links and it automatically insert them into the other pages.
