Downloading YouTube videos with Safari

Hi,

I am currently using Ant downloader to download videos from 'Tube' sites from Firefox but I want to make the switch to Safari. Is there an alternative extension for Safari?

I personally use MacTubes, but I've heard people here speak highly of KeepVid.
