Does Time Machine backup information for all users in a computer?

If I am doing backups with Time Machine Am I also backing up all users information in my computer?

Yes, as long as you do not exclude any of your users from the Time Machine backup, they will be included.

Following the Google Link provided by Harry I'm post #2, it answered the OP's question perfectly.

Using that article and related ones via Google, I learnt something new (to me; probably very well known to my senior colleagues) - Time Machine does not backup Trash. So anything in Trash whilst TM was doing a backup is not included.

Researching this, I found that there is a complicated workaround that involves a lot of Terminal code to expose hidden "Trashes Folders" at root level on the Mac. These are backed up by TM, but you need to "reveal them" via Terminal before attempting to recover data from TM.

Bottom line: never store things in Trash. And for practical purposes Trash is not included in a TM backup.
