Does photos stream album take up storage on iPhone ?

So I have iCloud photo stream on and it basically just duplicates all your photos into an album and transfer it to ur computer when you have wi if connected... So I'm wondering since it duplicates all your photos from your camera roll, does it take up your iPhone storage ?

No, I don't think it does. I think it is just an alternative view of the photos on the camera roll so you can see what is and is not being synced.
