Hi

Is there an equivilent of Windows' hardware manager in OS X?

How do you go about uninstalling a driver, or viewing hardware/driver details?

There really isn't control over drivers for OS X because almost all drivers, save some printers, are preinstalled in OS X.

Go to the Apple at the top left and go to About This Mac...and More Info for the hardware information

aditional hardware for mac almost in all cases connects through the firewire or usb (if not always). so you do not need any manager for it. all drivers (if you need spesial one) are included within the software that controls the specific hardware (firewire capture HD digital cameras, ets.) and you can always get info about periferials from system profiler. if you know your hardware is mac compatable and didnot came with some software, if means the drivers are already in the system.
