Disable LAN ports

I have a roommate that constantly is hogging all the bandwidth on my airport Extreme. I want to know if it's possible to disable the LAN ports on the Airport Extreme or at least limit the bandwidth he is able to use. I have tried to use Access to do this, but it does not work with computers connected directly through LAN. Timed Access only works for Wireless clients.

You could block his MAC address. That's probably a bit drastic though. You could set your MAC address as highest priority and his as lowest priority in QoS.
