hi
you can ALSO use the programme , which should be on your mac called GRAB.
do this; click on Applications > Utilities > Grab
you can make selections and screen captures etc.

Thats freaky...i have the exact same wallpaper and I'm running that Crystal Clear theme too. There's a bubble wallpaper that works great for it too.

Not sure about the menubar, but try ShapeShifter to change the theme/topbar colors.
