I've never heard of Apple licensing their images for any other purpose, sorry. If it's just for you, you can try a screenshot of an empty desktop and use that image to print.
Unless Apple has done something special in Big Sur for their desktop photos, you should be able to download any of them and just open them in Preview or any other compatible application and print them, just as you would with any other graphic image file.
