Deleting images in Camera+

I bought Camera+ just to set exposure, focus, and WB and will do all editing in Lightroom. I must have hit the wrong button or something, all of a sudden it started to import all the pictures in the camera roll, almost 1,000 images. Pressing Cancel didn't do any good. Now my camera role shows the number of images doubled. I could delete the duplicates in the camera roll, but it's not going to be a quick job. I have set the app so that all shots taken with it will go to the camera roll. I don't need any images stored in Camera+ ~ is it possible? Is deleting images from the camera roll the only way to delete the images in Camera+? Have not learned enough about the app and already got into trouble. Any help would be appreciated.

When you are looking at Lightbox in Camera+ there is a button at the bottom Select press that, then top left you will see Select All, press that then the Delete button at the bottom right. I don't automatically load photos from the app to camera roll. I just choose the ones I want to export then delete all.

Thanks, Rod. Got rid of the images in Camera+ Lightbox, but the images in Camera Roll are still doubled. Now I am trying to remove the duplicates.

Might be faster to export them all into iPhoto or Photos app (if you're using one of them) then dispose of them by erasing from the iPhone and use an app like Duplicate Cleaner Pro which I believe is still free on the App Store although the last time I checked it only worked with iPhoto. There are however other apps that will do the same job. Such as The Duplicate Finder which is free and is a very handy tool.

Importing into LR problem

I did succeed in deleting the duplicates in the Camera Roll on my iPhone so that what's left on the phone matched exactly what I had imported into Lightroom. Unfortunately, now when I tried importing into Lightroom again, allowing copying New Photos only, it didn't work anymore ~ all the old images showed up as new. I am now forced to consider deleting all old images on my iPhone. Wish I had not tried Camera+.

I found out that the images got imported into Lightroom again because Camera+ changed all the file numbers. So I used Camera Capture on my MacBook and deleted from my iPhone all the images with new file numbers. I also deleted those images in Lightroom 5 and I am back to normal now. I no longer use Camera+ at this time.
