delete My Templates

You delete the templates the same way you would any other file. Here's how:
Open Finder, hold down your option key, click on "Go" at the top, and then click on "library".
Now go to: Application Support/Microsoft/Office/User Templates/My Templates/
You'll find all the templates you created in your "My Templates" folder. You can delete them from there.
