Data Sharing in a home network

Hey, i was wondering if any one knew of any way to share info from like ical, contacts ..etc to all computers/iphones on a home net work.. i dont really care if it doesn't update when im not with in my network but id like for instance when ever i came home and my phone connected to the net work it would update my ical or what ever.... so kinda like a mobile me but with out all the extra stuff..

and this is a bit off topic but was wondering if any one knew a way to get widgets on the desktop and behind opened pages..
