I plugged in an external VGA monitor to my iMac and everything looks fine except for certain games. For example, when I play Freedom Force my screen strobes. Is there a way to change some video settings to eliminate the strobing?

Your Mac's Specs

System Preffs > Monitor settings.

They will change according to what external monitor you've plugged in.

Off the topic, but if you're looking for a replacement screen for your iMac, I just bought a replacement screen for a Powerbook from Screentek (http://www.screentekinc.com/apple-lcd-screen.shtml)

Great prices and fast delivery, and then screen is very nice.
