Cracking Noise when Closing Lid - where can get a fast repair in the UK

sorry to open this new thread, but I really want some tips for this problem.

yep, my pb also got this crack problem,

as krcs said it will take upto three WEEKS (not days) to get this problem fixed, so anybody who know some other service provider can have a much quicker repair?

I thought that's not a big job for them to get the problem fixed. but three weeks is really loooooooooooong.
