copying songs from itunes playlist into folder

Is it possible? I'd quite like to extract my top 200 played songs and copy them into a folder to move onto my phone so I don't have to set up another sync.

Just click on the playlist, highlight (select) the songs, and drag them into any fold you want to copy them to.
