Convert .wab to something the mac can read

Long story... I had contacts on my windows phone...wanted them on my new iPhone. Since neither iPhone or iMac would bluetooth connect....I blue toothed them to my laptop...which sent them to outlook express....I exported them with the only option of a .wab file....emailed it to myself...and now just need to get them into SOMETHING to send through the cloud to my phone...whew!

Windows Address Book files are quite unique in that they really only work with Outlook. It's been a while since I used OE but can you export them as any other format (vCard perhaps)?
