Dear all can anyone tell me how to send an email to several contacts in one go please

For something you do once in a while simply add each person to the To or CC fields. If you send something to the same group regularly it's even easier. To send the same email toa group of people create the group in Address Book first. Now create the email and enter the name of the group you created in Address Book into th To field of the email.

You can also do this using Smart groups in Address Book.

An addition: If add more people to the To or CC field, every person receiving the email will be able to see the other email addresses. If you don't want that, add the addresses or group to the BCC field.

In Apple Mail you can do that by clicking the little drop down box next to the Subject or From field when creating a new email.

Thanks for that reminder. I don't use that feature often so sometimes I forget it,s there.
