Contacting apple

I have re-set my apple id and password and received and email with a link to confirm,trouble is the link is not working tried to contact apple but the only way seems to be by telephone as I am deaf this is no use to me any help with this would be most appreciated.

Here's the contact info for North America (which I know may not help much since your profile says you're in the UK):

"If you have a hearing or vision impairment, call 877-204-3930 for direct access to Apple representatives who are trained in providing support using accessibility services."

I couldn't find the same sort of support for the UK. But here's the Apple UK contact page…maybe you can spot something I missed:
