Console/Firewall Messages

I apologize in advance if these questions have been listed, but I'd like to know two things:

1. What does the message listed below (found in my Firewall log) mean and can I turn it off or should I block it?

Feb 1 07:18:43 Macintosh Firewall[42]: iTunes is listening from 0.0.0.0:3689 uid = 501 proto=6
Feb 1 07:18:43 Macintosh Firewall[42]: iTunes is listening from :::3689 uid = 501 proto=6

2. What does the message listed below (found in my Console Messages) mean and should I be concerned?

2/1/10 11:36:32 AM Sierra Wireless Watcher[500] *** -[NSConditionLock unlock]: lock (<NSConditionLock: 0x144737c0> '(null)') unlocked when not locked
2/1/10 11:36:32 AM Sierra Wireless Watcher[500] *** Break on _NSLockError() to debug.

2/1/10 11:36:39 AM de.novamedia.nmnetmgrd[86] NMIfNet: Invalid argument
