Computer List in iTunes Wi-Fi Sync Settings

When it came to downloading iOS 5 I was too excited to wait until I got home to sync and update so i decided to download the update on my work PC now, as you can see below, it's on a list with my home iMac in the iTunes Wi-Fi Sync menu.

I don't intend to sync with 'BBB-PC' again and wondered if it was possible to remove it from the list.

I'd really appreciate some help.

I am also very interested in a suggestion for this. One of the computers on my sync list doesn't even exist anymore, and it's really irritating seeing it there all the time.
