Compressing Word Files?

Newbie trying to compress a 80 Meg Word file so email to PC users can open it.

Any clues appreciated.

Right-click and select Compress "filename". Note that this may not compress it all that much and I can't think of any compression that will do so adequately to be sendable by email (or at least within reason). Does your email provider have an attachment limit?
