I mean it in a good way. Lion unifies the whole Expose/Spaces/Dashboard thing into Mission Control, which I think will be a huge boon to productivity for people, particularly like the OP.

Oh, good. I'm a big fan of Exposé and Spaces, and I often use either hot corners or the currently supported gestures on my Magic Trackpad to invoke them. A three-finger swipe up to invoke Mission Control sounds pretty awesome to me.
