Clean My Mac?

So aside from uninstalling apps cleanly from your system, what does Clean My Mac do? I'm thinking about getting it, but I'm looking at screen shots of it and I'm curious to know if it should be cleaning out Universal Binaries and Language Files...and Logs.

Have a search of the forum, there are already lots of posts about it.
Personally I don't think it's at all necessary, it's trash.
