Dry cloth, or if you absolutely must, a very slightly dampened one with just water. Not wet enough to actually feel it wet, more like you took it out of the dryer too soon. Barely damp. The less water the better. NEVER spray liquid on the keyboard, that is a recipe for disaster. I just use a can of compressed air to blow dust off the keyboard, never even the cloth, dry or wet.
