Change Selected Mail Program

All of my programs consider Mail to be my email program. I want them to select Netscape, which is the only one I use. Is there a way in OSX10.3.5 to set Netscape as my preferred email program for all applications?

Open Mail and select Preferences
Select the General pane
Use the "Default EMail Reader" popup menu to specify Netscape.
You can then quit Mail once and for all.
