CD clicking sound after reopening the lid

Hi.

I have recently upgraded to Yosemite 10.10.1 and noted that when I leave the MBP with the lid closed for about 2 hours in sleep mode and battery powered. I have noted that the clicking sound of the CD compartment is heard. This was normally heard when the MBP exits hibernation.

What does this means?
