Capturing a screengrab/still in Final Cut

Hello - am still pretty new to the wonderful world of the Mac and Final Cut Pro so apologies if this is a really simple question:

I am wondering what is the best way and how to capture a screengrab/still from a Final Cut movie. In fact is it best to use Final Cut, or some other application? I'll need the result as a JPG at a good resolution.

of the whole screen or just a still frame of the video?

whole screen = command(apple) + shift + 3
Part of screen = command(apple) + shift + 4 (cross hairs will appear and select the area)
window = command(apple) + shift + 4 .. when you see the cross hairs, hit space this will turn it to a camera click the window you want to capture.

Still frame in final cut = Shift + N the still frame will appear in your viewer.

That's great - thanks! I also discovered that you can also export from Final Cut using QuickTime Conversion into different video and still formats.
