I am having difficulty in turing off my 30G iPod Photo using the normal method i.e. holding the play/pause button until it turns off. It only happened after I finish charging it this morning with the power point.
I tried going into different menus and stuff try to see if I could turn it off (as this happened before and worked) but not this time. And usually if I leave it doing nothing, it would turn off itself after 5mins or so.
Any help would be appreciated.
I read in previous posts that I need to restore the iPod to factory setting, but I prefer not to do that if I can avoid it
Cheers
Billy
