Can't receive email

My email through Mac mail on my laptop was working perfectly. Then all of a sudden, I was unable to receive emails. I know they are there because I can see them on my iPhone. However, when I go to "Get new mail" on my laptop, the account is grayed out. I am able to send email from this account without any problem.

I tried to do a rebuild without success.

I have a Gmail account and an account though my internet provider. The Gmail account is totally fine. I am only have issues with the other account.

Any ideas?
