Anybody know how to install like this? I used a burned .iso XP file on a CD-R, and I am unable to boot from the CD using BootCamp.

Also, the partitioned BOOTCAMP hard drive (created by BootCamp to make room for Windows) is not registering when I restart and hold the option key. Any suggestions?

You'll need a retail or "OEM for System Builders" Windows XP disc with Service Pack 2 integrated. Vendor-labeled restore discs won't work and if that's a pirated copy you're talking about, be aware that we frown upon that type of discussion here.

The Boot Camp partition will not be an option until a bootable OS is installed upon it.

Try using the real CD.

Assuming it's legit . . . . use nLite to recreate the disc. It will create a bootable xpsp2 disc quite easily.

It'll need running on a windoes pc though!
