Can't download anything

Hi, I've tried to download the music software, including Sibelius Scorch, and it says that it is downloaded, but then I can't find it anywhere, even if I look in finder. Please help!:

Have you checked your "downloads" folder?

OK, so you have downloaded it...now you must install it. Like Nick hinted, it is probably in your Downloads folder. Find it and run the installer. Be happy.
