Can't conn to ITunes

For the last day I cannot connect to the iTunes store. I can't even connect to Apple Support. What's happening?

For the last day I cannot connect to the iTunes store. I can't even connect to Apple Support. What's happening?

Just for starters: 1) Can you connect to the internet, e.g. Safari, Mail, etc.; 2) Do you have the correct password entered; for iTunes, sign out and back in again; and 3) With both iTunes & App Store opened, go to the Apple -> Force Quit -> Select iTunes & App Store to close.

If these maneuvers do not help, log out of your account and then login again - if that does not help, then reboot your computer. Let us know if any of these maneuvers help. Dave :)

P.S. Not clear whether you are talking about Mac computer or in iDevice - please clarify.
