Can A Vid Be Downloaded From YouTube or YT Studio App & Be Saved To Photos App or Files App?

Hi. I have both the YouTube and YT Studio apps on my iPhone 6 (it's up to date). Is it possible to save a video from my own YouTube channel into the pre-installed Photos or Files apps (the apps from Apple)?

Regarding the YT Studio app, if I open it and the Dashboard screen appears, then
click on any video, then
click on the icon looking like an upward-arrow thru a box, then
selecting "Save to files," then
a list showing iCloud Drive" and "On My iPhone" appears, then
the "On My iPhone" has a drop down list of folder options such as "Brave" with another sub-folder showing "Downloads," then
I selected "Downloads" under "Brave" yet nothing seems to happen and I cannot find the video.
I open the Brave browser app and open Downloads and see seeming gibberish - why wasn't there an option to download to the Photos or Files apps?



Regarding the YouTube app, if I open it, then
click on "Library" at bottom right, then
click on "Your videos" towards top, then
click on any video - then the video opens, then
click on the "Share" arrow next to the thumbs up and thumbs down, then
select the option "more," then
well that seems to be a dead in. I see no options to save the video anywhere.

Any ideas? Thank you.
