Hi. I have macbook and Currently its running on Tiger.
I have a .dmg file of Leopard and want to upgrade it.
The size is about 6.7 g

However, when i mount leopard .dmg, it says it will restart, but wont start the installation.

Another thing my macbook internal burner doesnt work.

I asked a friend and he said to convert it in .iso and burn it in windows by using nero.

I bought some blank dvd+r dl
he said use dvd-rom UDF to burn something big.
Also he said to check 'no multisession' b4 burning.

After burning, i put the dvd into my macbook and it doesnt even read. It ejects after a while.

Im very frustrated with this and i really need someone to help me.

People say using hfs? but i don't know how to do this in Nero.

Thank you so much in advance. really.

Obviously, a legal, retail copy of Leopard would be distributed on a commercial DVD. Since we don't discuss illegal activity, including pirated software, this thread is being closed.
