I recall seeing a video somewhere of someone smacking the side of their MB, maybe MBP, and it went through the programs. Anyone know what this program was called?

Virtue Desktops and it doesn't change programs it changes the desktop. You can have multiple desktops and you bump the sides to switch through the programs although it isn't very practical and hard to get a good sensitivity for it so u don't have to smack ur MB too hard although with the macbook pro u can wave ur hand over the light sensor and change it.
