Brother MFC-J6720DW Printer set up

Hi all
have a macbook pro and just got a new printer

cannot get it to auto select tray to print A4 / A3 - just always prints to top tray only - any help appreciated?

As to your question: Not being familiar with your printer, the best advice we can give you is to contact Brother support. It's possible that you are not selecting the correct option from the drop down menu. Also, we have no idea which application you're using the printer with.
