OS X Lion was all about bringing iOS features to OS X, but there are some new features in iOS 5 that I think would really shine in OS X.
1) Wireless screen sharing to AppleTV. If the A5 can handle this, I see no reason why all current Macs can't support this.
2) Siri on the Mac. Enough said.
3) Real airplay support on the Mac. 3rd party applications such as VLC should be able to shoot video from a Mac to an AppleTV.
