Hi Guys,

I just bought an iMac 21.5" used, got it for $1000CAD.. It works really well :], but I've noticed today that there are two dead/stuck pixels.. Is there anything I can do about it? The original owner bought it on Nov 2009... Is it too late to go to Apple store and get a replacement?

Anyone know what apples dead pixel policy is?

Appreciate your feedback :]

You need at least 10 dead pixels on the screen within a area about the size of a dime before Apple will replace the display I'm afraid.

So I'd just try and ignore them as best as you can.

Go to this LINK. If you're brave enough, you can try to repair the stuck pixels yourself.

Regards.

Well it really depends, take it to the Apple Store anyway and they will ether replace it, or at least give you some options on that you can do.
