Boot Camp Partition Locked under OS X

Okay, I have boot camp with Windows XP running, on my mac side the Windows Hard drive shows up but its locked, can't modify it at all. any way to fix this?

If the Windows hard drive is formatted to NTFS, it's read only. You can not write without using third party software. I recommend the Paragon driver:

It's $39.95 but well worth the price. There is also an open source driver which is free that you might want to try:

http://www.ntfs-3g.org/
