I am trying to print a booklet from MS Word for Mac or Pages and while the .pdf booklet plug in works it prints with huge margins that appear to be impervious to adjustments! I can print these fine with an ancient PC (it just takes 45 minutes for it to boot up) but I cannot accomplish this with my brand new Mac. Any suggestions? This seems like a pretty obvious feature but I sure cannot figure it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
