Blue tooth

I reformatted and since I have blue tooth is like the zombies from Dawn of The Dead it just keeps coming back. I go into bluetooth make it undiscoverable take it out of the menubar and turn it off then i restart my computer and its back agan..... I have zero use for blue tooth and its really ticking me off. Any help is neeeeded.

try reparing your disk permissions....that might work, might not....but it's worth a try.
