i am having the charger connected right now and the minutes left of the battery is steadily reducing (now down on 35 minutes). If I disconnect the charger, the status is that I have 3 hours 45 minutes left of the battery. Is it supposed to be like that and why is it different?

This one is simple really.

This number is telling you how long you have left until the battery is fully charged.

That is telling you how long you have left until the battery is fully discharged.

Yes. I suggest re-reading my first post in this thread. That should explain it.
